Birch Trees is a 28 space, all ages community, primarily suited for RVs. This well maintained community is conveniently located close to public transit, shopping and nearby Willamette River. Each site is available for lease on a month to month basis, includes water, sewer, and garbage in site rent. There is a secure, clothing care facility on location and storage sheds available for rent. Birch Trees also allows residents to construct their own fence and storage unit, per approval of materials, design and location by management. Birch Trees is a friendly resident involved community with a community watch program in effect for safe and comfortable living.
