Bella Vista Estates Cooperative is a resident owned manufactured home community for all ages. Located in the northeastern town of Boardman, Oregon. This community is set near the Columbia River shoreline with access to a beautiful marina, nine hole golf coarse, and endless outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing, water sports, boating, hunting and wildlife observation. Bella Vista has a large green space area that provides a place for soccer, softball, picnics and other community activities. There is also a playground and basketball court. The community has alternate storage and new locking mailboxes. Close to Windy River Elementary School and Riverside Junior/Senior High.
