It is a short trip to the local emergency care facilities, highways and freeways, Lake Sacajawea, the Cowlitz River, Columbia River, National Forest or travel less than 10 mins to the local parks. One can easily walk or bike to Victoria Freeman Park or Seventh Avenue Park. The community offers trailer and RV sites start at only $500/month, which includes electric, water, sewer, garbage and basic cable. Long term or short term, we have flexible month-to-month tenancy!
