Jimmy joined Commonwealth in 2018. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in biotechnology with specialties in genetics and microbiology and has published works regarding the development of an autoimmune CNS model of inflammatory disease. As exciting as this was, he decided that he didn’t want to work in a lab for the rest of his life. Instead, he wanted to pursue a career in real estate learning all that he could in order to eventually create a large portfolio of his own. For this to happen, he moved to Tacoma to become the property manager of a brand new, 100-unit apartment complex. After only a year, he worked his way up to the highest employee-held position in the company managing seven apartment complexes, a marina and around thirty single-family homes. Outside of work, Jimmy currently manages three Airbnb units as well as two rental properties that he flipped himself.
“Commonwealth has been providing us with professional management for over a decade. Previously, we had managed two Oregon parks by ourselves. Their promise was to improve operations and enhance cash flow. Promise has been kept.”
“Commonwealth has managed our two communities for nearly two decades. From the well-manicured common area landscaping to the demonstrated pride of ownership of our residents, we have enjoyed the results of high standards promoted by Commonwealth in having our communities stand out as two of the finest managed and most attractive communities in the Portland metropolitan area.”
“Commonwealth Real Estate Services has made my life stress free because I’m confident that any problems that may arise will be professionally handled in a timely manner.
