Loren joined the Commonwealth team in 2013 as a community manager. He quickly began working with Commonwealth Homeowner Services Inc., selling homes and bringing other opportunities to the company in the Seattle region. In 2016 Loren became the full time CHS Sales Manager for the Washington office. Loren has 8 years of sales experience and 18 years of experience in all aspects of construction. This combination gives him a unique and valuable perspective in our CHS division. His construction background alone (including; building, permitting, contracting, and budgeting) is a wonderful asset to our growing company. Loren enjoys spending quality time with his family, camping, and exploring the waters of the Puget Sound.
