Columbia Heights is located on a bluff and boasts scenic views overlooking the Columbia Gorge. It is an All Ages community which offers the best in manufactured home living. Columbia Heights offers many amenities including a small playground area, picnic area (complete with barbeque grills and picnic tables) and recreation areas. Around the periphery of the community there are walking and biking paths for residents to utilize. Columbia Heights is located close to the Columbia Gorge Outlet Mall, I-84, public transportation, the Troutdale Post Office and Fire Station.
