Dexter Oaks Cooperative is a resident-owned manufactured home community in Dexter, OR. Dexter Oaks is conveniently located just 25 minutes from Eugene, and just a mile from Dexter State Recreation Site and Dexter Reservoir. Our ideal setting on Route 58/Willamette Highway allows for easy access to Interstate 5.

We are a friendly neighborhood for people who love outdoor activities with all the amenities nearby. We are a 7-minute walk from the Cascade Foothills Library with year-round programming for kids. Lane Community College and University of Oregon are less than a half-hour from us and we have too many outdoor opportunities nearby to count!

Dexter Oaks Cooperative is owned by the Community Members who live here – we are a resident-owned community (ROC).
