Filbert Grove Cooperative is a 55 and older, resident-owned manufactured home community in Springfield, OR. Our community has 79 manufactured home spaces and two RV spaces. Springfield is a quaint northwestern Oregon town with a variety of local cuisine to choose from, lots of arts and culture and national as well as locally owned shops. Our cooperative is conveniently located just five minutes from Eugene and two blocks from Riverbend Hospital. This ideal setting allows for easy access to Highway 569 and Interstate 5. We are about an hour from Salem, an hour to the coast and two hours to Portland.

Public transportation is within walking distance of the park. Willamalane Park is less than four miles away, and the McKenzie River is just five miles from our community. We are centrally located for easy access to all that Springfield and the surrounding cities have to offer.

Filbert Grove Cooperative is owned by the Community Members who live here – we are a resident-owned community (ROC).
