Vancouver Mobile Terrace features 81 mobile home spaces. We are conveniently located near public transportation, major roadways, a post office, pharmacy, shopping, parks and trails and many excellent dining options.

Our community features a large club house, laundry facility and RV parking/storage for our residents. Vancouver Mobile Terrace is a pet friendly community, but please speak to the community manager regarding pet restrictions and policies.

The community has one entry and one exit and lots of lighting throughout the community.
